Inventory Control Supervisor

Location: Sunrise, Florida
Inventory control supervisor supervises the daily activities of the inventory control staff including the QC team. Maintain records of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to other. Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same if required. Monitors and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records. Manage all communication with inventory manager and make recommendations to same if required. Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures.
Responsible for various inventory reporting and tracking requirements
The operations will include support for customer service and other e-commerce oriented support operations as it relates to inventory accuracy
Monitor departmental service level goals; report key findings to senior management and other departments as necessary
Responsible for leading initiatives related to inventory
Responsible for initiating and leading initiatives related to inventory
Monitor short supply challenges, as well as independently discover, resolve, and communicate recovery relative to Fill rates
Providing training and education on inventory management to employees
Responsible for managing set-up of new product line launches (seasonal)
