**Inventory Lead**

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist with day-to-day fulfillment operations. The Inventory Lead will be responsible for managing inbound and on hand inventory through the entire inventory lifecycle & fulfill packing of finished goods orders for delivery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Efficiently and effectively receive and store goods per standard operating procedures
* Pick customer orders ensuring high level of quality and productivity
* Complete and file relevant paperwork for deliveries
* Organize outgoing deliveries for easy handoff to drivers
* Should have a full understanding of the entire ingestion process and be able to perform an ingestion from start to finish
* Verifying shipment
* Accepting transfer in METRC
* Importing inventory into POS
* Should have a fully understanding of the complexities of batches and the impact if batches are mixed or labeled incorrectly along with being able to identify those issues and fix them
* Be able to successfully use POS/METRC to look up a batch, check quantity, check the product history and check for additional batches
* Return inventory to POS and physical location and update on hand inventory counts
* Perform ad hoc and scheduled cycle counts
Qualifications
* At least 21 years of age
* Previous experience working in an inventory role in the cannabis industry preferred
* Prior cannabis POS (Blaze/Treez) experience required
* Prior METRC experience required
* Must be highly organized
* Should be proficient in Excel/Google sheets
* Must be able to carry/lift various products from 10-30 lbs. and sit or stand for extended periods of time
