Job Title: Inventory Logistics Coordinator The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy in orders, processing paperwork, labeling items, loading software and firmware onto machine control components, organizing install kits, and coordinating shipments to branch locations.
This position requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and tracking software, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator also handles aspects of internal accounting software and must be capable of lifting packages weighing up to 80lbs.
Successful performance in this role can lead to additional opportunities in field technical service, warehouse and inventory management, or professional services positions within the company.
Primary Responsibilities: Receive and sort incoming packages from vendors. Verify accuracy of items in orders against purchase documentation. Complete necessary paperwork for inventory management and transfer. Label items accurately for identification purposes. Load software and firmware onto machine control components as required. Organize items into install kits according to specified criteria. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and additional software for tracking the status of install orders. Utilize internal accounting software to receive parts from other branch locations. Ensure all items are properly segmented and accounted for in the warehouse. Coordinate with internal route delivery drivers for shipment of kits to branch locations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace. Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures. Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or related field is a plus. Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other tracking software. Familiarity with basic computer functionality and ability to learn new software quickly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 80 lbs. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary. Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
