About ARC
ChargeItSpot's flagship product,
ARC , is an intelligent device management system designed to secure, track, and charge company-owned handheld devices that employees use to do their jobs (e.g. package scan, inventory check, mPOS, etc.). ARC exists to reduce the number of missing devices, recover lost productivity, and eliminate wasted payroll consumed by managers and associates.
The Candidate

Responsibilities
First 6-9 months
Work with Warehouse crew and operations leadership to build a deep understanding of inventory needs and processes related to ChargeItSpot
Coordinate with operations leadership to update and generate SOPs for all Warehouse related tasks
Manage a team of 2-5 full time employees
After First 6-9 months
Analyze inventory data - Identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement based on data such as inventory levels, costs, turnover rates, and customer demand
Coordinate all outbound freight and parcel shipments from CIS
Optimize warehouse layout
Tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance
Oversee inventory policies, supply chain management, and inventory planning
Order all office supplies for the company
Ordering special parts
Qualifications
5+ years experience in warehouse management with a technology background
Experience with electromechanical repair
Experience writing SOPs and maintaining a knowledge base system
Self-starting, hardworking, organized approach
Outstanding verbal and written communication experience
Obsession with details; precise execution and communication
Enthusiasm for solving problems and overcoming obstacles
Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking, lifting & carrying heavy weighted materials (up to 50 lbs)
Location
The successful candidate will be expected to work out of our headquarters in center city Philadelphia, PA.
