What we are looking for: A driven and mission focused Inventory Manager to continually seek ways to provide streamlined processes and usability of ordering systems for internal and external business owners.  Expectations of this role:  Drive innovation on inventory strategies by seeking out cost-effective operating procedures and establishing best practices for enhancing order management efficiencyDevelop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs, inventory procurement timelines, and vendor requirementsQualifications: Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions3+ years of inventory management experienceKnowledge of marketing, content and communications, campaign management, process management, as well as analysis and reportingDemonstrated professional background in a fast-paced environment working across teams and independently with great attention to detailHighly approachable and collaborative work styleOutstanding written and oral communication skillsIntermediate computer skills including ability to learn new technologyAbility to base work from a home office with minimum supervisionBachelor's degree in marketing, business, related area or equivalent relevant experienceThis is a remote/virtual position with up to 5% travel What we offer: 
At Prison Fellowship, our goal is to support the total well-being of all our employees. Our benefit offerings for full-time employees include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement account funding, flexible spending accounts, paid maternity and parental leave benefits, and more. Our outstanding benefits package includes paid leave starting at 39 days (14 holidays, 15 vacation days, 10 sick days) after one year of employment. Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. In addition, we offer a team-oriented, mission-driven, supportive environment with cutting-edge technology solutions and tremendous opportunity for growth and development.

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $67,000 and $77,000.
