Responsibilities: -Work directly with test and development staff and stakeholders to assist in workshop organization, maintenance, and workflow
-Perform ongoing maintenance and repair work on workspace mechanical, minor electrical, and other installed equipment and appliances.
-Set up/replace/relocate workspaces, equipment, vehicles and parts
-Maintain a high level of communication with workshop staff and consistently display professionalism in the workplace
-Assist with procurement and local transportation of parts, consumables, deliverables etc.
-Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site
-Assist/Support team projects
This is what you'll need: -Clean driving record and valid license
-Preferred 2 years of facility and/or office maintenance or organizational experience
-Inventory management experience a plus
-A positive attitude, honest, customer oriented
-Prior experience with automotive systems and parts
-Attention to detail
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds
-Experience with power tools and building equipment
-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Basic Microsoft Office abilities and proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
-A service-oriented personality, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible
-Ability to be flexible and change practices that are not accomplishing needed results
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
-Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
-Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
-Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
-Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
-Ability to communicate in a high-pressure environment
