Founded in 2001 and based in the heart of Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward district, we provide turn-key services to our clients, including sourcing, production, and only decorating products we source. We work with our clients to connect their brand message with today's culture, trends, and attitude through memorable swag and apparel. In addition to our unique, agency-style approach to clients' marketing and branding needs, The Icebox is dedicated to giving back and helping the greater community as an active participant in many non-profit organizations across Atlanta.
Responsibilities ** · Processing purchase orders for inventory replenishment.
· Communicate with our supplier based on inventory status and on-time delivery.
· Load new SKU numbers and material information for online stores.
· Analyzing import and domestic inventory levels for replenishment.
· Develop and maintain supplier relations.
· Review reports to help drive in-stock rates and inventory turn metrics.
· Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and * · Experience in working with a variety of vendors. A promotional products industry background is preferred but not required.
· NetSuite experience preferred but not required
· Analytical experience required
· Thrive in a fast-paced, on-time, deliverable environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong Excel knowledge.
· Strong time management abilities with the ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively.
