INVENTORY SPECIALIST IN WHITEHALL, MI
Volt is immediately hiring for an Inventory Specialist in Whitehall, MI.
As an Inventory Specialist, you will be:
Pulling orders, preparing orders to ship to the customer, staging and wrapping stock to put away.
Receiving/verifying materials.
Customer service for when they come into the storeroom.
Manual lifting to 50 lbs. must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift, bending twisting and pulling.
Someone who is flexible to work in other areas and be able to fill in for others may go on vacation or special projects.
This is a Full-time, contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory is preferred.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
Computer experience in Excel.
Cycle count experience (counting of materials/product).
Pay Rate: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour.
