Investment Banking Associate - Industrials

I'm currently representing an Elite Boutique Investment Bank as they look to expand their Industrials group with the hire of an Associate.
Associates will provide deliverables that are relied upon by our senior bankers to help our clients and can expect to receive a high level of responsibility and deal execution experience.
Associates will have the ability to work independently but will also be expected to thrive in a team environment.
Responsibilities:Quarterbacking the execution of deals from start to finishAttending client meetingsSupervising Analyst level banking professionalsPlaying key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in M&A executionWorking on lean deal teams to maintain client relations and build M&A product expertiseQualifications:Experience working at another investment bank or M&A Advisory firmMBA from a top-tier business school or Analyst to Associate promotionBachelor's degree in Finance, Math, or Economics from a target school preferredBuy and sell-side M&A experience is requiredAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPointTeam player and a self-starterStrong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlinesIf you are an Investment Banking/M&A Associate that is looking to join an elite Industrials team, please apply today!
