We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate on our Services & Industrial team in Minneapolis, MN.
Our experienced associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions.
The experienced associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings.
The experienced associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.
A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
1 – 2 years of Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experiencePrior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction executionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clientsExcellent analytical and financial modeling skillsHighly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degreesThe anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $200,000 per year.
Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors.
This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
