Investment Banking Vice President will be responsible for: Assisting in executing buy-side M&A transactionsBeing a part of client meetings and marketing meetingsParticipating in research in order to generate new businessPreparing for proposals, offering memoranda, transaction-related financial models, and more for client meetingsInvestment Banking Vice President should have the following qualifications: 7-10 years experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or other M&A related fieldPreference for Investment Banking and Buy-Side experienceBachelor's DegreeGreat oral and written communication skillsExperience performing financial analysis as well as valuation analyses in excelAbility to run an M&A deal process end-to-end3-5 years experience within Aerospace, Defense, & Government ServicesIf you are interested in the Investment Banking Vice President role, then please don't wait to apply.
