Responsibilities
Manage a fluid, actionable, high-volume, ever-changing pipeline Accountable for following up on scheduled activities and reminders Run reports to see what actions are needed and by what time frame Manage priorities and stay organized so all action items are completed timely and 100% accurately Ensure that all actionable items are done in the required timeline (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, etcIn) Deliver specific documentation based on the transactions governing documents.
Communicate with clients and internal partners extensively Perform a good deal of research on the clients' governing documents requiring a strong attention to detail and the ability to read (or learn to read) complex legal documents Work with relationship and administration teams to process requests accurately and timely Read and review legal documents Manage a Portfolio Book to make sure that all financial, insurance, officer, corporate, and compliance certifications are received timely and completely Ensure customer (internal and external) needs are documented, addressed, and escalated as required Communicate extensively with customer contact via email and phone to perform disbursement verifications Document conversations and updates in multiple computer systems Work on ad-hoc projects with other internal team members
