Main duties and responsibilities will include the following:Oversee the preparation of financial models (LBO etc.) across industries and sectors to support mandate processesManage and evaluate current investment portfolio, whilst building a longer-term strategy for further expansion into the United StatesManage an investment team of associates and analystsDrive the analysis of financial data to build financial models, review direct equity investmentsMake informed and highly commercial strategy decisionsInvestment execution (term sheets, due diligence, transaction documents)Portfolio monitoring (board meetings, quarterly letters)Recommend future investmentsDeliver quarterly sector research reports for external distribution
