Investment Management Associate

Investment Management Associate – Senior Level Corporate & Finance Practice Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate (JD, 2017-2021) to join the Investment Management sub-group within the Corporate & Finance Group in either the New York or San Francisco office.
Key Qualifications: Experience in investment management transactional work, particularly in private fund formation.Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.Experience representing institutional investors and wealth advisor firms is a plus.Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills.Team and Role Overview:

Licensure Requirements:
Applicants must be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $420,000, depending on experience.
Eligibility for an hours-based bonus is available.
