Investor Relations Administrator

Selby Jennings has been retained by a $9bn AUM firm in Houston, Texas to find their next Investor Relations Administrator. This role will work alongside two separate fund management teams in supporting their growing fund initiatives and ongoing projects. Analytical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication skills, and relationship building skills are essential to this role. This is an opportunity to report to the Head of IR/Fund Administration and will have their own opportunity to build out a team under them. Responsibilities: Providing timely and accurate analysis, presentations and reports to the management team regarding fund performance. Coordinating with various departments (tax, legal and accounting) to prepare and deliver timely reports to management and our investors. Coordinate with custodians and third-parties to ensure compliance with agreed upon procedures for operations. Routinely verify reports and presentations for accuracy. Tracking and coordinating investor inquiries to ensure responses are accurate and timely. Support onboarding and reporting for investors which involves working directly with our third-party administrators and banks. Maintaining and updating investor information. Assist with drafting and delivering investor communications, including assistance with updating the Investor Relations page of the firm's website. Support VP in preparing investor reports, presentations and analysis. Draft correspondence and assemble materials for meetings. Schedule meetings and calls with key external parties including investors and service providers. Identify and implement operational process improvements for routine and quarterly projects.
