Invoicing Specialist

As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process of a company.
You will be required to ensure that all invoices are generated accurately, delivered on time and are in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all invoices generated and ensuring that all payments are processed on time.Key Responsibilities:- Generate accurate invoices and credit notes, ensuring that they are in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.- Deliver invoices and credit notes to customers in a timely manner.- Follow up on all overdue payments and resolve any billing discrepancies with customers.- Maintain accurate records of all invoices generated, including tracking and reporting on outstanding invoices.- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that all invoicing-related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.- Develop and implement invoicing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulations.- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Work Model:This client currently uses a hybrid work model, requiring up to 3 days in office/week.
Compensation: $24-25/hr
