Description: As an iOS Robotics Software Engineering Manager, you will lead an amazing team and own an outstanding robotics algorithms suite from prototype to deployment.
In this role, you will have an impact on the current state of the art in Robotics by taking the algorithms from initial concept to highly reliable software solutions.
You will be building a team, providing leadership where it counts, and shipping products you will be proud of.
Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of leadership experience building and managing teams specializing in Robotics / Perception Algorithm development.5+ years of hands-on experience in Robotics Algorithms focusing on Perception and Localization.Experience with integration of Perception Machine Learning Models.Expert understanding of multimodal sensor fusion.Software architectural and design experience.Ability to focus on the essential, in exclusion of all else, and above all, driven to ship.Masters or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required.Preferred Qualifications: A personable leader capable of encouraging your team and others to action by leading hands-on.Forward-thinking with strong collaboration skills.Thrive in a multidisciplinary collaborative environment, relying on your team for support.C/C++, Python and ML/Algorithm tools and debug experience.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
