Ip Litigation Associate

REQUIREMENTS
Seeking candidates with experience working on Hatch-Waxman litigation matters and/or a Chemistry or Biology background. Ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs and preparing and arguing motions.
Candidates applying for associate positions should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
