Position Overview:

Our client, a leading law firm with a rapidly expanding IP Litigation practice on the West Coast, is seeking a skilled mid-level associate to join their team in Silicon Valley. The firm's practice is renowned for handling innovative patent, trade secrets, and commercial disputes, particularly in the high technology, software, digital media, and semiconductor industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Dispute Management: Oversee patent and trade secrets disputes.
Litigation Handling: Manage complex litigation cases within high-tech sectors.
Review Petitions: Work on inter partes review petitions (preferred).
Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
Preferred Background: Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bar Admission: Admission to the relevant bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly). Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
