JOB SUMMARY The IR Tech - TRAVEL performs the full scope of Interventional radiology procedures, including structural (TAVR, Mitra Clip), Carotid stenting, Peripheral arterial cases, Lumbar punctures.
Must have vascular IR procedural experience, Knowledge of Cath Lab/IR protocols and procedures.
Neuro-interventional experience.
High-level communication skills.
Level 1 Trauma Center.
Number one HCA stroke center in the Company June 2022, July 2022.
Huddle calls daily, development of relationships with Director, staff and patients paramount.
Gold seal of approval, well run department, excellent Director.
4x10 hour shifts 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.

GE Imaging MacLab and Meditech documentation system Vascular IR procedural experience, Knowledge of Cath Lab/IR protocols and procedures Neuro-interventional experience High-level communication skills CREDENTIALS: RN, ACLS, BLS RCIS or any procedural/cardiology-centered certification CPR as required by client facility; health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies.
CVT, ARRT ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials.

Documents accurately and completely services provided.
Maintains confidentiality relative to patient care and facility practices in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Complies with accepted ethical and professional standards of conduct.
Administers or assists with administration of contrast media, as required, and consistent with applicable legal restrictions.
Performs radiological testing as assigned and under applicable scope of practice regulations.
Initiates emergency procedures according to facility policies and procedures.
Provides patient services in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that considers cultural diversity and age appropriateness so that autonomy, rights, and dignity are preserved.
