Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Belle Tire is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in engaging with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support project management initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker capable of quickly understanding internal & external customer needs by leveraging strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for various projects and initiatives.Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for project teams.Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze data from various sources to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key metrics, trends, and findings to stakeholders and leadership.Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, integrity, and governance within the organization.Project Support and Coordination:Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities within the PMO framework.Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Track project progress, milestones, and risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiencies across business functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and project management. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a PMO or project management environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data and business processes.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping & workflow diagrams, requirements elicitation, and data modeling.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, etc.) is a plus.Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work hours are typically 8-5, Mon-Fri, some overtime may be required. Office environment requiring long periods of sitting operation of standard office equipment.
