To strengthen our motivated IT Team in Indiana and North Carolina, we are looking for an IT Administrator
Your Role
You will monitor and respond to the IT Support Ticket stream raised by the Corporate Call Center, prioritizing tasks appropriately, and resolving matters in a timely manner or escalating as necessary while overseeing the resolution and keeping users updated
You are committed to providing advice and guiding users on the use of IT systems and software, translating technical information into easily understood language
You are ambitious about installing, testing, and configuring appropriate hardware, software, and functions according to specifications and directives from Central IT
You will be accountable and responsible for the analysis of alerts and defining corrective actions, including investigation and diagnosis of incidents, finding root cause or forwarding to third party support or Central IT
Your Profile
You will be required to travel to different sites located in Indianapolis, IN, Charlotte, Greensboro and Clayton, NC
You have an Information Technology (IT) degree from an accredited college/university
You have already gained 2-3 years of previous experience working as an IT technician or in a relevant role
You have a familiarity with database concepts especially in the Printing industry
You have an in-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
You have a current certification as an IT Technician (Preferred)
