Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: · Diagnose and repair hardware components on a variety of computer systems and peripherals. · Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution. · Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and associated software. · Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a professional and courteous manner. · Collaborate with clients and colleagues to effectively communicate technical information. · Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities. · Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best solutions. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications and relevant coursework are a plus. · Proven experience in break-fix technical support, preferably in a similar role. · Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. · Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and computer hardware. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Outstanding customer service and communication skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Reliable transportation to travel to client locations when required. · Technical certifications such as A or similar are a plus.
