It Contract Specialist

Insight Global is seeking an IT Contract Specialist to join the Contracts Management team of a leading health system in New York.
The IT Contract Specialist will partner closely with Finance, Sourcing, and Procurement to ensure all contracts and purchases are properly executed.
This individual will drive the day to day operations of creating, drafting, and editing contracts such as MSAs, Software as a Service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
for all MCIT hardware, IT systems, and software agreements for services procured by the hospital system.
They will review, address, and redline as required, all bids/contracts, and they will work with the Legal department to draft and modify licensing and service contract terms in accordance with policies, customer specification, and legal requirements.
They will create large corporate documents and make changes where they see fit, based on independently conducted analysis.
They will also be responsible for negotiating terms and conditions to best fit the organization's needs and will be expected to manage 25-30 contracts at any given time.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, extremely detail-oriented, and has excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

5+ years of experience as a Contract Specialist/Paralegal
Experience drafting large corporate documents (software licensing, professional services, hardware agreements, SaaS agreements, etc.)

Experience redlining legal documents
Experience negotiating IT contract terms with third parties
Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills
Bachelor's degree
