Responsibilities
• Support a variety of devices at assigned site• Communicate site requirements to IT leadership• Align IT processes with site processes• Research end-user devices and recommend products• Manage remote site inventory and coordinate equipment ordering• Analyze and resolve computer problems for end users• Document and manage equipment repairs and changes• Install, configure, and maintain end-user workstations and software• Collaborate with LAN technicians to ensure efficient operation• Provide support for network, server, storage, and applications
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience• 3-5 years experience in desktop, network, and/or server/storage services• Knowledge of hardware and internal components• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience• Experience with Dell, EMC, Cisco, etc. equipment support• Working technical knowledge of protocols, operating systems, and standards• Ability to read and understand technical documentation• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities• Experience working in a team-oriented environment• Valid driver's license
