We are looking for a seasoned Finance Systems Solutions Director to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our core financial systems, with a strong emphasis on SAP. Oversee the entire lifecycle of finance solutions, including system design, implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Lead and manage finance-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their financial needs and translate them into effective, scalable system solutions that support business growth.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of IT and finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO and other related modules, ensuring the optimal configuration and utilization of these systems to meet business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Should have 12 - 15 years of experience in IT with a focus on finance solutions, ideally in the high tech industry. At least 8 years of experience managing SAP finance modules, including new implementations.
Proficiency in SAP finance related modules. Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects, including new SAP implementations
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $182,000 – $291,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
