Key Responsibilities Keep abreast of industry technology trends and developments and strategic partner roadmaps. Collaborate with internal customers and strategic partners, to identify, evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to address key business needs.Direct the build, test, and deployment of complex IT solutions. Ensure these solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and adhere to accepted industry best practices. Utilize data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.Lead development and execution of application strategy and technical roadmap. Responsible for defining and managing the cost structure and lifecycle of IT product development model and SLAs. Ensure service delivery and SLAs are met.Oversee and guide others in reviewing and monitoring complex production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance; determine modifications as needed.Plan and manage projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with established processes and guidelines and guardrails of scope, timeline, budget, and quality.Provide active leadership by mentoring and developing solutions development personnel. Recognized as a subject matter expert and thought leader in IT solution development.Functional Knowledge Organizational manager experience required and Directorship experience strong plus.Recognized as expert in SAP FI modules and non-SAP applications supporting GL, AR, AP, Tax, Indirect Procurement, and Fixed Assets functions, Legal Consolidation, and Workday payroll functions.Demonstrates broad and comprehensive knowledge in SAP ECC FI/CO, BI/BCS required; S4 HANA Finance and Central Finance understanding and experience strongly preferred.Finance IT Domain Knowledge is required; prior Accounting experience is a strong plus.SAP S4 Experiences/S4 certification are strongly preferred; ECC is a must.Over 10 years of SAP ERP project implementation; at least 3 full cycle implementation is required. Experience working as a project manager is a must. Should be PMP certified.Multi-currency, revaluation/remeasure/FASB52 understanding required and parallel accounting principle support.Strong expertise in SAP overhead cost controlling: Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA).Good understanding of integration areas such as SAP Opportunity/Quote Management and Configuration/Pricing applications such as CRM, VC, C4C, CPQ, etc.Understanding of data analytics concepts and applications such as Data-lake, Tableau, SAP BW/BPC/SAC are strong plus.Business Experience Influences internal/external business and/or regulatory issues that have an impact on the business.Constantly interacts, networks, and socializes with business stakeholders and technology peers.Experience with client presentations, assessments, conducting business process workshops and good communication and team building skills.Leadership Leads highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives; provides thought leadership.Possesses excellent communication skills, able to persuade, influence, and manage client expectations while delivering the best possible business value.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Change management mindset; Prosci-certification is a plus.Problem Solving Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems; uses ground-breaking methods to think beyond existing solutions.Impact Impacts business direction through the development of innovative services or products.Interpersonal Skills Negotiates with senior management, customers, regulators, or vendors to influence decisions.This is an onsite based position QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree (Required)

U.S. Salary Range: $172,000.00 - $236,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
