Work ScheduleBusiness Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30 p.m.Job Specific DutiesLead and manage technical teams to develop and implement IT solutions that meet DOJ component needs.Provide technical direction and oversight across systems to ensure effective support and delivery of IT services.Analyze and translate attorney and operational needs into comprehensive system solutions.Implement Data Warehousing capabilities, including schema structures, staging areas, data marts.Construct and execute data migration scripts for legacy applications, including supporting development, execution, and testing.Lead the development and implementation of data warehouses in SQL Server environments.Support migration from legacy Oracle systems to new platforms and technologies.Design, develop, and modify multi-agency interfaces and APIs, transitioning from SOAP to REST.Provide technical expertise for system integration and ensure smooth data migration.Develop and implement web-based user interfaces for applications using modern web technologies (e.g., CSS, HTML5, .Net, Java).Create and maintain technical documentation, including system cutover and test plans.Conduct performance testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide Go-Live support.Offer end-user training and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.Communicate effectively with DOJ leadership and stakeholders to convey complex technical concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and implementing IT systems within a government or comparable environment.Experience with data ETL, migration, and testingExpertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and COTS-based systemsNET and/or Java programming experience required EOE, including disability/vets. http://www.onesourcepcs.com
