Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Help Desk Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Richburg, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our LAN/WAN networks, Office 365, and Windows operating systems. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing exceptional support to our manufacturing facility's staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
: Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshooting
: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to LAN/WAN, Office 365, and Windows OS.
Network Management
: Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Office 365 Administration
: Manage user accounts, permissions, and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 applications.
System Maintenance
: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and backups.
Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of all support requests, resolutions, and processes.
User Training
: Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use IT systems and applications.
Collaboration
: Work closely with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations and to escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Education
: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Experience
: 1-3 years of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role.
Technical Skills
:
Proficiency in troubleshooting LAN/WAN network issues.
Experience with Office 365 administration and support.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network protocols.
