\n Responsibilities of this role: Monitor, work and escalate IT support-related tickets, mainly in the following areas:Remote connectivity issues (VPN, RDP, SSO/MFA)PC/printer hardware & software problemsTypical office productivity applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Adobe PDF, etc.Logins and password resets for Active Directory, SSO/MFA, and various applications & websitesSystem/application/file share access requests and permission issuesMobile device issues or training/assisting with basic useImage/rebuild new workstations & laptops and deploy to end usersCreate, review, and revise documentation as processes and procedures evolve over time Qualifications for this role:General knowledge of PC maintenanceResearch/troubleshooting skillsStrong customer services skills: Friendly, patient, courteous, respectful, & humbleStrong written & verbal communication skillsAbility to identify the appropriate communication method (phone vs email vs text) for the situationOpen & inviting to walk-upsAbility to explain technical concepts at a level appropriate to your audienceAbility to take good notes and follow detailed instructionsOrganized, self-motivated, & fast learnerAbility to prioritize and track multiple projects/tasks efficiently and manage time effectivelyUnderstanding of limitations and when to ask for helpFamiliar with PC/monitor/docking station connectivity & cable typesFamiliar with Microsoft Office applications, both on-prem & in the cloud (Office365)Must possess & maintain a valid/active Driver's License as this position will require travel between officesAbility to lift and move servers/workstations/boxes weighing up to 25 lbs What we offer:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – Become an employee-owner!Rich coverage for major medical insurance401(k) plan with company matchBasic life insurance (with option for additional voluntary life insurance)Short-Term and Long-Term disability insuranceGenerous vacation and sick leaveStudent loan repayment benefit
