IT Help Desk Technician (MSP/Windows):
Since 2002, we have provided Managed IT Services to clients in and around Riverside, CA.

Due to an increase in revenue, we are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician (MSP/Windows) who has previously worked for a MSP.
The IT Help Desk Technician (MSP/Windows) will report to our Riverside office the first 6 months then will be allowed to WFH a few days per week.
As an IT Help Desk Technician (MSP/Windows) you will providing first-level support from our clients using Autotask and Datto RMM.
The IT Help Desk Technician (MSP/Windows) role requires proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to operating systems, networks, productivity software, and server/email management.
IT Help Desk Technician (MSP/Windows) Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for Windows and Macintosh operating systems, troubleshoot domain environments, and maintain productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Utilize Autotask and Datto RMM to log, categorize, and manage incidents reported by users, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to Level 2 or higher technicians when required.
Resolve common technical issues, including password resets, software installation, network connectivity, Microsoft Exchange (2013+), and hardware problems.
Maintain professional communication with users, providing regular updates on ticket status and ensuring high-quality customer service.
IT Help Desk Technician (MSP/Windows) Technology Experience:
Windows (Server 2012+ preferred)
Macintosh OS (user and technician experience preferred)
Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills
Experience with domain environment maintenance and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Active Directory
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox)
Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express/OWA
Datto RMM/AutoTask
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (2013+)
