Job Title: IT Infrastructure Coordinator
Department: IT Team
Shift: Core business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Direct Report: IT Senior Manager
Type: Full-time; Non-exempt
We are looking for a reliable IT coordinator to help us maintaining company's information technology systems and networks. Your duties will also include technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.
You should have some experience in IT project management and solid technical background, together with good organizational, teambuilding and analytical abilities.
Negotiate with IT vendors in order to determine the terms and conditions of contractsObserve the work standards for the efficient operation of the IT infrastructureEnsure the normal operation of the computer infrastructureSet up computers, printers, and servers as necessaryProcess IT invoices; enter the information into SAP for accurate paymentMaintain the telecommunications infrastructure as necessaryRespond to employees' requests and inquiriesPerform other duties as assigned Education:
(Required) Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required(Preferred) Information Technology or Management Science or advanced degree in a related field preferred Experience:
(Preferred) Relevant experience preferred; previous experience in the manufacturing industry desired Physical Demands:
Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and occasionally ascend/descend stairsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeMust be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machineryMust be able to position self to file documents including the top and bottom drawers of file cabinetsMust be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds Benefits:
