Regularly review, update and enforce IT policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive, long-term IT strategic plan in alignment with the companies organizational objectives. Proactively identify opportunities for IT systems improvement and modernization, with a particular focus on cloud migrations.Develop and execute a phased migration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maximum scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Promptly address any network-related issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and enforce robust information security policies and protocols.Mitigate risks associated with data breaches and cyber threats by implementing proactive security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and issues. Generate regular reports on IT performance, projects, and initiatives to inform decision-making and track progress towards strategic goals. Negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships with external vendors, service providers, and key stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services while strictly adhering to the companies procurement policies and procedures.Manage vendor contracts effectively to enhance resource allocation, following established procurement protocols.IT Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing or supervising IT teams, demonstrating leadership and supervisory skills in overseeing the effective functioning of IT personnel and operations.Advanced understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, and information security practices, with a preference for candidates holding industry certifications such as CISSP or CCNPAdvanced understanding of data and cybersecurity principles, practices, and backup strategies.Valid Driver's License We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
