The IT Manager is responsible and accountable for the smooth running of all computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
They will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company's overall computing needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for day-to-day IT operations:
o Implement and manage network security as established by the company policy.
o Effectively communicate relevant IT systems information to the CFO and the Executive Team in a timely fashion.
o Work closely with the Executive Team to plan yearly budget and projects based on Company goals for the year.
o Determine the schedule of IT projects throughout the year.
o Work closely with Operations Managers to champion Information Technology within the company.
o Attend regular conference calls with IT & Security.
o Provide Tier 2/3 IT guidance and support to IT staff.
* Responsible for IT Security & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with IT SOPs.
o Oversee and manage the deployment of IT and Security tools.
o Communicate & educate employees on IT and Security best practices.
o Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
* Responsible for the IT Infrastructure and Operations:
o Manage the process of changes effectively, while remaining on the forefront of emerging industry practice and products.
o Plan for future needs and identify solutions to satisfy needs.
o Oversee and plan the management of the company communication system (telephone, voice-mail, email).
o Prepare 1, 3 and 5 year technology plans for the site in conjunction with Company and strategic plans.
o Maintain an IT asset management program.
o Oversee and manage system troubleshooting, backups, archiving and disaster recovery and provide or procure necessary support.
o Maintain and test Business Continuity Plan in accordance with IT Policies and implement necessary changes as identified.
o Ensure Compliance with Records Retention Policies.
o Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors.
o Negotiate contracts with IT vendors in coordination with Company CEO, and Executive Team.
o Manage sensitive information to the highest level of confidentiality according to IT and PSIP Policies.
o Monitor compliance with established Company policies and procedures and implement necessary changes as identified.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following specifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, telecommunications or related field OR equivalent experience and training.
* Five (5) or more years of technology management experience.
* Ten (10) plus years of progressive IT experience, including hands on experience with:
o Microsoft technology such as Windows desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, O365, PowerBI, Forms, etc.VMware virtualization, implementation, administrator, and Maintenance
o Management of Avaya IP Office VOIP phone System.
o Microsoft Azure AD Administration & Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy
o Microsoft Office365 Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS)
o Knowledge of ViewPoint (VISTA)
o Single sign on implementation and administration.

o Windows server 2019 and 2022
