The IT Project Manager / Scrum Master is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments in the field and contributes to directional strategy. Provides considerable impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards. The main parts of the portfolio include a multi-year data transformation program and assessment of privacy requirements for Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC). This role requires excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills to influence a wide range of audiences, including various parts of the organization to enable efficient transformation. This position provides continued development and visibility across a global organization as well as exposure to senior management.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of tasks and deliverables against expected timelines to ensure timely delivery of Regulatory Business Critical Milestones (RBCM).
Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, success criteria, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business/technology objectives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication with business and technology partners to ensure successful and timely delivery of commitments.
Develop presentations to share status and training materials to showcase new features to key stakeholders and user groups.
Support Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC) governance and oversight activities. Ensure appropriate escalation of risks and issues, and effective tracking of remediation efforts.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
5 plus years or project management experience
Experience with project management to drive results, track dependencies, and ensure successful and timely delivery of commitments.
Strategic thinker who can operate in an agile manner to provide solutions and alternatives when required.
Ability to interpret and transform data and information into presentation materials fit for audience, including senior management.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with deep sense of ownership over success of projects and deliverables.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong strategic and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent data analytical skills and MS Office Suite of tools, in specific Excel and PowerPoint.

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
