Job Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 9 months (Possible extension)

Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee crossfunctional projects within Digital Technology Order to Cash Supply Chain Logistics and Finance. The role requires managing both internal and external teams to deliver quality results.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with business technology customer and thirdparty vendor teams. Oversee the development and delivery of business applications ensuring a smooth transition to support teams. Understand business areas to develop accurate functional requirements. Use technical and functional knowledge to lead teams in designing solutions that align with technical architecture database design and performance needs. Analyze the business and systems impact of solutions and plan detailed tasks for delivery. Coordinate internal and thirdparty resources during development implementation and support phases. Manage teams during build and implementation phases configuring software packages and managing technical resources/vendors. Ensure solutions are tested and documented to meet functional and technical requirements. Manage thirdparty vendors to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and recommend improvements. Utilize the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for planning resources milestones risks and financials. Engage with Business Partnership Senior Managers Managers and Directors to ensure successful project deployment and benefits realization. Requirements: 5 years of experience with varied project types scopes and durations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Processoriented and resultsdriven. Understanding of highly integrated digital platforms. Knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics Integrations (EDI API). Experience with Order Management Systems. Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery. Clear understanding of Agile methodology. Experience with SaaS platforms. Knowledge of Change Management practices. Highlevel stakeholder management skills. Experience creating and managing project plans document repositories risk registers and other project management artifacts. Highly Desirable: Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain and Logistics standards and best practices. Experience in the pet food and/or health industry. Product management and lifecycle experience. Experience with systems integration projects. Experience in service provider or solutions consulting. Familiarity with logging defects/tickets in systems like JIRA.
