YOUR TASKS Set-up of server and workstation systems including the related softwareSupport for IT hotline, including analysis and solution finding concerning hardware and software problems by phone, remotely and on siteSupport for maintenance, care and further development of the IT infrastructureSupport and documentation of IT projects within the Probat group of companiesSupport during the development of IT solutions and the further development of IT processes together with the specialist departments and external service providersYOUR PROFILE Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the IT environmentProfessional experience concerning the support of IT system landscapes (also in the implementation of IT projects, if possible)Experience with the Microsoft product portfolio (client and server operating systems, Office, Exchange, Sharepoint) as well as network knowledgeGood command of written and spoken EnglishStrong communication skills, open manner and enjoying direct user and customer contactTeam spirit as well as service and customer orientationContact:
