It Security Manager - Security & Infrastructure

Job Title: IT Security Manager - Security & Infrastructure Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week - Raleigh, NC (On-site, 9 AM - 6 PM) Salary: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 Plus bonus Full Benefits include - 401K, Health, Dental, Vision Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team, manage infrastructure, ensure security, and handle help desk operations. Team Structure: Manager: Focuses on projects, security, and on-call monitoring. Help Desk Technician: Handles 90% of incoming tickets. Responsibilities: Manage infrastructure and security tools (Crowdstrike, Endpoint Protector, MDM, SIEM). Oversee help desk and client tickets. Lead security-related projects and ensure SOC 2 compliance. Provide technical support for laptops, building security, and physical security systems. Maintain user environment and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with and support the help desk technician. Work with Microsoft stack, Atlassian tools, Zoho, AirWatch, CISCO Umbrella, and Apple products. Qualifications: Experience in IT management and leadership roles. Proficient in MAC and Windows environments, Google Workspace, Azure ADFS. Strong understanding of cloud security, AWS, DevOps, and SIEM tools. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong communication and performance review skills. Role Breakdown: 60% Projects: Security-related. 20% Management: Licenses, environment management, alerts. 10% Tickets: Support and customer service.
