Salary: $110,000 - 130,000/year The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of Cisco, Webex, and VTC (Video Teleconferencing) upgrade projects. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT service delivery projects, particularly in the areas of Cisco, Webex, and VTC systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Cisco, Webex, and VTC upgrade projects. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of Cisco, Webex, and VTC systems. Manage and lead project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies. Provide post-implementation support and training to clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new systems. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Continuously improve service delivery processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in managing IT service delivery projects, with a focus on Cisco, Webex, and VTC systems. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and communication technologies. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
