It Service Management Project Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a self-driven IT Service Management Project Manager to lead end-to-end ITSM programs, including project implementation and governance.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing key projects, stakeholder management, budgeting, communication, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of project management experience in IT, preferably with ITIL® or ITSM certifications.
Exposure to Service Management tools is preferred.
