JOB DESCRIPTION Title: IT Specialist Department: IT & Security Reports to: Helpdesk Manager, Director of IT Job Summary: We're looking for an energetic and outgoing "Mac Genius" to join our IT Support team. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in their current role supporting a fast paced, predominantly Mac and MacOS environment. Experience supporting and troubleshooting Google Suite/Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, SSO clients, and some experience scripting is a plus. This is an onsite position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mon-Thurs and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays. Duties/Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with the Wesley team by providing support via tickets, in person, Slack, and Zoom calls Assist with inventory activities as required weekly and monthly Build, image and deployment of computers A llocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment Handling support requests and procedures across the network Assisting in training new hires Required Skills/Abilities: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Exemplary customer service skills Able to adapt to a fast paced and rapidly changing environment Live within 50 miles of Cool Springs and have reliable transportation Education and Experience: 3+ years experience with MacOS devices 3+ years experience administering and supporting Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, RingDNA, and Salesforce Excellent detail orientation and communication skills; able to explain tech to non-tech people Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong technical aptitude Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+ certified PIddbf82008594-26276-36014396
