Title:IT Sr Program ManagerLocation:Maple Grove, MNDuration:5+ Months (C2H)MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEThe Product Owner is responsible for defining and implementing strategic vision for Global Clinical Operation reporting and analytics products. Through cross-functional collaboration, the product owner will collect business needs and translate them into requirements that the team can develop. They will prioritize the requirements that are most critical, manage the development of product meeting those needs, and drive consumer adoption of product once it is released. In addition, they will ensure that the reporting and analytics product data is clean, secure, and adheres to governance policies.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve problems and give insight, and drive business solutionsPerform business analysis to identify reporting and analytics requirements and ensure that they align with business strategy and objectivesDefine and prioritize product backlog items, balancing stakeholder requirements with team resourcesDrive the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects, ensuring that the team is working on the highest-priority itemsDevelop user stories and acceptance criteria to clearly communicate the business needs to the teamWork closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure execution to User StoriesMonitor the effectiveness of analytics products post-implementation and use feedback to inform future improvementsEducationEducation Level, Major/Field of Study Or Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Computer Science, Business, Data AnalyticsExperience/BackgroundMinimum 4 yearsPrior experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data or analytics; experience with Agile methodology; Power BI development experience a plusAbbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life.
