Looking for a resource to coordinate activities in desktop computing environment

Responsibilities
• Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users in desktop environment• Troubleshoot computer OS and peripherals• Install hardware and software• Support printers and MS Office tools• Manage time and resources to meet expectations
Requirements
• Experience in troubleshooting PC operating systems• Knowledge of deployment tools like SCCM• Field experience supporting technologies and services• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems• Good communication skills• Passion for delivering quality work
