Job Details Job Location Lotus HQ - Chandler, AZ Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Description This role involves providing technical assistance to our employees on a range of IT-related issues across all electronic devices, such as computers, phones, and printers.
You will handle both remote and on-site support, ensuring end users receive help with desktop hardware and software, which includes managing upgrades and deployments for desktops and laptops.
Assignment of Functions and Responsibilities: Respond to IT support tickets and employee inquiries promptly.
Provide assistance with IT-related issues to employees.
Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware.
Perform maintenance on IT equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
Deploy new desktops and laptops, ensuring proper setup.
Manage user accounts, security settings, and access permissions.
Conduct training sessions on the use of IT hardware and software.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements for Education, Skillset, Qualifications, and Experience: Must be a US Citizen An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
However, candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support will also be considered in place of the degree.
Proven experience in a Windows-based help desk or support environment.
Proven expertise in providing support for Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365).
Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, network configurations, and both hardware and software troubleshooting.
Robust problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and coordinating simultaneous projects effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at conveying technical information in a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
Preferred Skills and Minimum Experience: 3 years Supplemental Information: CompTIA A Certification highly preferred There may be opportunities in the future to apply for a Department of Defense (DoD) Clearance, should the role require it.
Candidate must be able to pass a Drug & Background check.
This role may occasionally require working in a dynamic production environment which can be noisy and bustling.
