Lend-A-Loan is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our team members, ensuring that all IT systems and services run smoothly.
Responsibilities included but not limited to: Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, primarily in Microsoft WindowsTroubleshoot and resolve performance issues across various systems, including office printersCollaborate with 3rd party IT Vendors such as Bezalu and SalesforceAssist in the onboarding and offboarding process for employeesAssist with daily office operations and special projects as neededQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree in IT or related field preferredProficiency in troubleshooting software issues primarily in Microsoft WindowsExperience with Salesforce a plusExcellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approachStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users at all levels of technical expertiseAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environmentCompensation: $19 - $22 hourly
