About this opportunity:
We are seeking an ideal candidate who can provide end-user support. The supported services include software, hardware troubleshooting and installation, as well as troubleshooting end user's Windows devices. Experience with supporting Audio/Visual would be beneficial.
What you will do:
• Knowledge of standard Windows operating systems
• Delivers excellent customer service while resolving issues with client-specific applications using provided Knowledge Base articles.
• Manage the front office as well as back-office operations, which include, inventory scanning, PC imaging, sending and receiving shipments (may involve lifting boxes up to 20 lbs.)
• Apply intermediate-level subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common IT and business issues.
• Exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support PCs, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Working knowledge with ticketing tools, including prioritizing responses, providing timely and relevant updates.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the team IT support processes and enhance end-user satisfaction.
The skills you bring:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Windows 10/11
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Experience and knowledge in managing iOS and Android devices.
• Exceptional customer service skills (proficient in English, friendly, approachable, calm under pressure, patient)
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level clients with their PC support needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft certification is desirable but not required
• Experience supporting MacOS would be beneficial
