It Support Specialist

The Boxoffice Company is seeking an  IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST  for our Ridgefield CT office. 
This is a full-time position in our office Monday-Friday. Competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities :
Manage internet contracts and ensure optimal network performance. Maintain firewalls for network security. Manage VoIP phone systems and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain local computers and peripherals. Manage the office alarm system and maintain its functionality. Monitor and maintain office surveillance cameras. Manage mobile phone contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness. Procure computers for remote and in-office employees and provide ongoing support. Manage and maintain Domain Name System (DNS) configurations. Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field. Experience with network administration and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service orientation.
