It Support Technician

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to support one of our clients in the Las Vegas area.
Job Description & Responsibilities: Provide on-site IT Support for client and end users.
Manage partnerships with 3rd party vendors.
Hardware and software support and troubleshooting.
Verify internet connection to outside world (through Cisco routers, switches, Wireless access points);
Verify Wi-Fi coverage throughout building
Fail over testing
Work with engineers to trouble shoot all problems
Verify physical cabling, switch, routers all match designs.
Computer installation and verification.
Print support and troubleshooting.
Provide onsite post go-live end-user support and collaborate with Service Desk and IT to troubleshoot and resolve end-user support needs.
Collaborate with and support the clinical training team.
Inventory and asset management.

What You Bring: 2-3 years of on-site IT Support experience.
Experience with the bullet points listed above.
Ability to be on-site everyday in Las Vegas.

Compensation & Logistics: $25-28/hr
6 month contract-to-hire
