Due to our continued growth, VMG Health has created a new role for an IT System Administrator in Nashville, Tennessee to provide on-site desktop and system support for the primary VMG Health office as well as providing virtual support to seven additional VMG Health facilities.
The IT System Administrator will also function as an ERP Tech support specialist.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SME for our enterprise ERP systemSystem Support of employee applications, laptops, virtual machines, and all devicesOperational Support (troubleshooting employee connectivity issues, M365, Teams, CRM, SharePoint, Power BI Reports, PSA, OneDrive, etc.)Support of tracking end-user laptops, security, access control, licensing, and provisioningDocumentation of processes, procedures, policies, and configurationAssists in the procurement of all IT hardware and softwareSupports onboarding of new employees and user provisioningTeam Lead for Helpdesk Troubleshooting – Tier II & III requests; some after-hours "on call" shifts necessaryProvides in-house SharePoint expertise and acts as the designated data librarianSecurity Administration: MDM, auditing, log reviewManages Active Directory administration and all licensing auditsMonitors and updates virus protection software to keep data and communications protectedUses security tools to analyze security incidents, providing root cause and remediation stepsDevelops IT automation and self-service functionalityProvides support to internal projects providing input on vendor, security, and integrationQualificationsRequired Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related fieldExperience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including experience in acquisition migrationsPreferred Certifications: M365, Azure, Deltek Vantage Point, A+, Network, Security, MTA or MCSAKnowledge & SkillsModerate to advanced understanding of ERP systems with significant preference for Deltek Vantagepoint experienceModerate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environmentsUnderstanding of Microsoft Products including Office365 (operational and administrative)Exposure to networking tools and topologiesAbility to multitask and work without direct supervisionAbout the FirmFormed in 1995, VMG is a full-service healthcare transaction advisory and valuation firm focused exclusively on meeting the unique needs of the healthcare services industry.
