Job Title: Production System Assistant Department: IT Team
Shift: Core business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

We are looking for a skilled Production System Assistant who will be responsible for performing supportive duties in assisting in the delivery of 24/7 site application and technical support for related Production Systems in our Clarksville TN Plant. You should have advanced technical and organizational skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry's best practice processes.
Provide support for an integrated manufacturing execution platform, assure reliable 24/7 operation of integrated manufacturing systemInstallation, configuration, and support of MES applicationEnsures continual integrity and stability of MES system through strong governance and best practicesProvide support for trouble shooting in HMWS system, assure reliable 24/7 operation of HMWSProvide support for trouble shooting in WQRS system, assure reliable 24/7 operation of WQRSDevelop Standards and GuidelinesHardware/Software management, maintenance and trouble shootingDevelops and maintains MES systems documentationPerform system configuration changes as well as hardware & software repairs and upgradesManage ongoing support requests of MES, HMWS & WQRSLearn new technologies and other functions as requiredWork directly with cross functional teams on enhancementsAssist with the evaluation of employee suggestions and implementation of approved ideasManage expense budget monthlyAny additional tasks assigned by the IT Management as neededCommunicate with global headquarters regarding changes and specificationsPerform other duties as assigned by management Education & Experience:
(Required) Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience(Preferred) Information Technology or Management Science major or advanced degree in a related field(Required) Excellent command of written and spoken English and Korean language Physical Demands:
Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and occasionally ascend/descend stairsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeMust be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machineryMust be able to position self to file documents including the top and bottom drawers of file cabinetsMust be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds Benefits:
